I always wondered how new parks get full-sized trees in them- this video shows the entire process and it’s pretty damn interesting. Environmentalists would be proud.

Apparently these machines can move trees up to 45 fee high- it’s pretty insane considering this technology is fairly new. The days of bulldozing trees down and having protesters chain themselves to a trunk might be over.
If you’ve got a pesky tree in your front or back yard that you want gone, it turns out you might be able to move it for around $1000.
