“Helen Hunt is returning to work after surviving a nasty car crash that caused her SUV to flip onto its side, and she’s more “grateful” than ever.
“The Oscar Award-winning actress, 56, is filming the upcoming revival of “Mad About You,” which catapulted Hunt to fame during its original run on NBC from 1992-1999. And she’s thankful to work alongside her co-star Paul Reiser.
“”I’m grateful to be here with my friend,” Hunt told Entertainment Tonight.
“Reiser replied, “Me, too.”
“People and TMZ reported that Hunt was transported to a nearby hospital after the accident on Oct. 16 in Los Angeles.
“Footage obtained by TMZ shows a white car striking a black SUV, which continues to skid through the intersection before rolling onto the driver’s side.”
