Watch Lewis Hamilton In Brazilian Grand Prix Video | Youngest F1 World Champion

31 sec read

Lewis Hamilton secured fifth place in the Brazilian grand prix to secure the 2008 Formula 1 World Championship. Here are the last five laps of the race showing how close it was.

Hamilton only needed to come fifth to win the championship, and so regardless that Felipe Massa drove to a storming victory, it didn’t actually matter in the end.

It was a stroke of luck and good timing that saw Hamilton win in the end, with German driver Timo Glock slowing down right at the end and dropping behind the British driver.

Hamilton deserved the win in the end, and is now the youngest driver to ever win the F1 Championship, at the ripe old age of just 24.

Without doubt, the best part of the video is watching Massa’s family and friends celebrating victory until someone tells them Hamilton managed to sneak fifth… you can just see their faces drop.
