Cenk Uyger of The Young Turks isn’t impressed with Glenn Beck’s recent announcement about taking to the steps of the Lincoln Memorial for a rally on the anniversary of Martin Luther King’s ‘I Have a Dream’ speech.
Predicting that at least 100,000 people will show up, Beck hopes that his move will help restore some honor to America.
‘Reclaiming the civil rights movement’ probably isn’t the right way to say what he’s after – or plenty of people are taking it the wrong way – but it certainly has people talking.
The interesting part that has political journalists talking is that there will not be one single Republican there.
