After his controversial performance during the American Music Awards, Adam Lambert was refused by many scheduled talk-shows. Of course, the always open-minded Ellen couldn’t wait for him to appear on her show.

The words he uses in this interview seem pretty “safe” for such a outlandish performer. But, as he states here, he might have been just caught up in the moment.

Some are calling this interview an apology while others deem it as him standing up for his views. If you ask me, he seems pretty neutral- probably due to legal issues. Ellen, on the other hand, doesn’t see anything wrong with his AMA performance and constantly defends it.
