In a world where so much seems to defy logic, the commonsense approach to news taken by The Young Turks is a breath of fresh air. Here the team weighs in on the tragic case of a young girl who committed suicide after sexting gone wrong.

The biggest message here, and one all young people should heed, is this: don’t sext. Once you put your naked pictures and saucy messages out there they will come back to haunt you. Just ask Tiger Woods.

The panel is united on the first point, but the issue of the lawsuit is a different matter. I’m afraid I side with Cenk on this one. Young guys may be immature tools, but I’m not sure they deserve to be slapped with a lawsuit because of it. This is a tragic case, but lawsuits aren’t going to help anybody.
