Amanda Bynes has been going off the rails for quite some time, but it seems that she has at last gone a little too far, and been hospitalized as a result.
Bynes is reported to have set a fire in the driveway of a stranger’s house in Thousand Oaks, California. Police arrested her on a 5150 hold, and she will now be observed for her own safety.
Bynes has had various run-ins with the authorities in recent months, mostly for motoring offenses, with a few drugs charges thrown in for good measure.
Hopefully this will be the wake-up call the actress needs, but I very much doubt it. She’ll only get help when she wants it, and I wonder if that day will ever arrive.
