Beer drinkers probably don’t spend much time thinking about how their favorite tipple was created. And rightly so, as they’re too busy getting drunk on the nectar of the gods.
However, this video should be mandatory viewing for all beer drinkers, as it shows the processes involved in making real ale.
The real ale in question is the Bigfoot Barleywine Style Ale from the Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. in Chico, California. Which, if the video is any indication, looks like a fine beer.
