I must admit that I’m a sucker for magic. Any amateur magician can manage to pull the wool over my eyes. I will never pipe up that I know how they did that. I’m always too busy staring at them in wonder.

However, I’m pretty sure this card trick is one of the most amazing I’ve ever seen. While most magicians rely on a whole deck of cards to dazzle and confuse us, Roy Raphaeli does it with just four cards. However, these four cards seem to change right before our eyes.

I’ve studied this one closely, and I just can’t work out how he does it. However, perhaps I don’t really want the inside scoop. After all, that’d spoil the magic.
