I admit that for the most part golf puts me to sleep. But every now and then you see a play like this that even makes me sit up and take notice.

It looks like Frank Urban “Fuzzy” Zoeller, Jr. has blown his game, launching his ball into the rough. There it sits for several seconds, until something extraordinary happens. It actually starts to move.

From its almost stationery position this ball careens straight towards the hole. Today Fuzzy might claim he always meant for that to happen, but I’m sure no one could imagine that shot would become a hole in one.

So why did it happen? Did an ant push the ball on its way? Has Fuzzy learned to “use the Force”? Perhaps we’ll never know!
