This video shows It’s Christmas! by Andrew Hart. It’s an original composition, and it shows. OK, so it’s no Fairytale Of New York or Christmas Wrapping, but still.

The song is a gem, with rhyming couplets that need to be heard to be believed. The video is even better, with a lethal combination of facial close-ups and walking along an animated snowy road.

I’m not actually mocking It’s Christmas! here, because at least this kid is trying. He wrote a song, made a video to fit the mood, and uploaded it to YouTube. I haven’t done anything so creative for the festivities.
