Every Christmas one Canadian puts up over 200,000 light bulbs on his property, creating a lovely winter wonderland of lights and costing him about $5000 come January.

Don’t just pass him off as ‘one of those Christmas light display addicts’ though, because there is a lot more to this story…

All out of his own pocket, this guy creates this wonderland of lights for tourists, creates brochures for the tourists, and is more than happy to let people wander around.

But there’s more.

Every year tourists come laden with donations because the humble Canadian raises money for charity.

Now that is just plain cool.
