The X-Files is coming back to the small screen, with Fox ordering six-episode run starring original cast members Gillian Anderson and David Duchovny as Dana Scully and Fox Mulder, respectively.

The show was cancelled in 2002 after nine seasons and more than 200 episodes. There have also been two films, though neither quite managed to capture the magic of the television show.

The Last Man On Earth is a new show on Fox starring Saturday Night Live alumni Will Forte as, yep, you guessed it, the last man on Earth.

This video is a promo for the series, showing how Forte’s character discovers he is (possibly) the only survivor of a plague that has wiped out all of mankind.

In case you haven’t noticed, Fifty Shades Of Grey is everywhere right now. I thought the book had got enough press attention, but the first of the three films is getting even more attention.

I guess it isn’t hard to see why. This isn’t just mummy porn for bored housewives, it’s a mainstream depiction of the BDSM lifestyle. Which is actually rather refreshing.
