It’s one thing for the average person to be publicly humiliated on TV, but it’s even worse for a celebrity. A famous person’s career is at stake if they do the wrong thing, or in this case, say the wrong thing.

Those wacky Japanese have done it again! In this clip, a man attempts the world’s longest slam dunk; so long, in fact, that he has to use a helmet for when he lands.
If anyone deserves a Nike endorsement deal it’s this guy.
With the playoffs just getting underway in the NBA, there are already big highlights hitting the reels and the internet. After struggling to score in the first Quarter, LeBron James springs into the air to catch an over-the-rim alley-oop from Daniel Gibson and performs a Jordan-esque slam dunk.
I can’t say I’m a fan of the Lebron, but I can appreciate his incredible height when reaching for this ball and slamming it into the basket. It’s insane how high he jumps, he almost falls down when landing after coming back down from space.

To promote his new HyperDunk shoe, a video of the one-and-only Kobe Bryant has surfaced in which he appears to be jumping over an Aston Martin. Some sources claim that the video is real and that the car is actually going at 50 mph. Others, however are skeptical that his management would even allow it.
Then again, he is sponsored by Nike, a company with a budget big enough to fake just about anything. Additionally, the “first take” of this commercial can be seen below.

Unless, of course, it’s between a fuzzy jaguar and a giant eagle.
Porter Ellett isn’t like other basketball players his age. Sure, he can dribble the ball around almost any other player, score 3 point shots, and averages at least 16 points a game; but that isn’t what sets him apart from other players.
You see, Porter plays basketball with only one arm.
At the end of the regular basketball season, there are all sorts of fun rallies. The Globetrotters usually come out, there is the all-star game and there is also the slam dunk contest.
We all know these basketball players are giants, for the most part, towering over the average man, but it still takes skills and muscles to jump a foot higher than the basket. I was lucky to touch the net when I was in my prime shape back in the day, much less a foot higher than the rim!
Sorry to say this, but if the game of basketball didn’t exist, this guy would be a total freak of nature. Not to say that he isn’t anyway.
Especially when you put him next to normal-sized people; anyone else think of Jack and the Beanstalk when you look at this guy?
