Dannii Minogue is the new judge for this, the fourth season of X Factor UK. There was also Brian Friedman, but he was dropped as a judge for being too American! I shit you not.

Dannii has been ripped to pieces for her performance as a judge so far, with people criticizing her for just sitting there and not doing or saying anything of any merit.

And it’s been justified to a point, she hasn’t exactly lived up to Simon Cowell, Louis Walsh or Sharon Osbourne’s reputations for delivering cutting but honest comments on the hopefuls auditions.

Maybe she’ll do better in the later rounds, where she could mentor the eventual winner. Only time will tell.
