I’ve always thought I was pretty clever to write “Wash me” or draw a smiley face in the dirt on a filthy car. But after watching this video I feel like a rank amateur.

Scott Wade from San Marcos is a cut above the rest of it when it comes to dirty car designs. He sees a dusty car window not as a chore, but a canvas. Rather than wash the thing, he spends up to an hour with paintbrushes to create beautiful artworks in the filth.

Many of Scott’s pieces are original, but he also loves recreating the works of the old masters like da Vinci, Van Gogh, and Vermeer. He insists he’s never sad when the rain washes his work away. That simply means he can get started on his next masterpiece.
