Today’s world is pretty much all about rushing through, getting things done and making money if you can. It is no wonder that more and more people are feeling out of sync, stressed and emotionally flat or depressed.

I’m featuring this video for a couple of reasons, but mostly because I feel this is important. I’m in my early twenties and yet I have been dealing with hormone imbalances since near puberty hits.

When Robin McGraw suggests that women should start looking into their hormones and related health in their twenties, she’s not exaggerating one bit.

Heck, I think, if you have a history of women in your family with problems, these checks should start at puberty.
