The Matrix may be yesterday’s news, but it still stand up for me as one of the best movie trilogies ever. And then there’s Family Guy, one of my most favourite TV shows ever.

This YouTube video shows what would happen if the two were mixed together to become one, being the trailer for the make-believe Family Guy version of The Matrix.

This has been very skilfully edited to recreate some of the most famous scenes from The Matrix films, but with Peter Griffin, Stewie, Brian The Dog et al, providing the action.

Family Guy recently made an episode spoofing the Star Wars film, and this has made me want the same to happen for The Matrix. Stewie would have to be Agent Smith though.
