If a cop is writing you out a ticket don’t try and drive off. That’s surely common sense amongst all right-thinking people in this world.

It turns out Stephanie Pratt’s boyfriend Julien Chabbott wasn’t blessed with common sense, or a high regard from authority. So when he returned to his Ferrari to discover a cop writing out a ticket he decided to drive away.

Unfortunately, for both Chabbott and the New York cop, the former ran over the latter’s foot as he edged forward. Forget the ticket, this douche is now getting arrested for assaulting a police officer.

The cop was overeager and over-reacted, but his idiocy pales when compared to that demonstrated by Chabbott. Pratt eventually emerged and drove the Ferrari 458 away, albeit poorly.
