The Monaco Grand Prix was held this past weekend, which meant some really fast (and expensive) Formula 1 cars were flung around the famous street circuit.
At one point some of the sparks from the car in front were so bad it made people think of Back to the Future. And this video is the result…
If you’ve seen Back to the Future you’ll know that when the Delorean reaches 88 mph it travels through time in a hail of sparks. Hence the origin of this video.
From what I can ascertain, this Formula 1 driver ended up travelling back to 1955, when Formula 1 was a lot more dangerous than it is today.
