While popping a water balloon has been shown before on this site, I like that in this video he is actually holding the balloon he pops. It changes the shape of the water a bit and makes it looks like he is holding water for a few frames.

Not only that, but it shows different views of the balloon exploding, which I liked seeing. It is amazing how much the water maintains its shape even after the balloon is gone and it’s falling.
