I can confirm my cat has these pouches but not to the extent the cat in the video does. I suspect this cat was once a fat git until its owners got it jogging on a treadmill.

There are other alternatives, how about cosmetic surgery? I’m joking, of course, but I’m sure stranger things have happened. Millionaires have left to their fortunes to their feline friends, just as an example.
