Those kooky Japanese game show clips are some of the most sadistically entertaining stuff on the web. I particularly enjoyed finding this one, where contestants have to jump hurdles while running on a treadmill.

It doesn’t sound that difficult, but the treadmill is running at an insane speed. The poor saps have a hard time keeping up, much less getting over the hurdles. And once they make it over (or through) them, they often fall flat on their faces.

I don’t know what the prizes are on these shows, but they’d have to be pretty spectacular to get me to attempt something like that. And I’ll bet attempting is about as far as I would get anyway.
