Ricky Gervais and Warwick Davis are new best friends. Well, actually, I think Gervais sees Davis as more of a new plaything which he can manipulate in order to make him laugh. Kind of like the new Karl Pilkington.

The reason Gervais and Davis are now friends is Life’s Too Short, a sitcom they have been working on which stars Warwick Davis as an exaggerated version of himself. Think Curb Your Enthusiasm with Davis instead of Larry David.

We’ve already had one teaser from the set, and this constitutes the second one, even though Life’s Too Short isn’t actually mentioned. It’s still a viral clip which helps keep the sitcom in our minds.

Warwick Davis is clearly a good sport, and Gervais is clearly one of the most annoying people to have as a friend. Still, when he films what he’s doing it makes for comedy gold.
