It seems everyone from Matt Damon to the average American hockey fan has an opinion about Sarah Palin. Now British funnyman John Cleese shares his views about the controversial Republican vice presidential candidate.

John Cleese may be very amusing, but he’s also very astute. In comparing Sarah Palin to a pretty parrot, I think he’s come closest to nailing just why so many of us are nervous about her credentials.

Some have suggested that celebrities have no business weighing in on the state of American politics, but when they do it so well it’s hard not to sit up and take notice!
