One thing the Republican campaign duo of John McCain and Sarah Palin has done well in the race for the White House is embrace the comedy mocking.

This NBC video shows John McCain on Saturday Night Live alongside Sarah Palin impersonator Tina Fey. McCain shows that although he may be losing, he still has a sense of humor.

McCain manages to send himself up, and allow Fey to mock Palin’s speech pattern and style of delivery and still walk away looking like a viable President. A tall order indeed.

I personally hope Obama wins the election tomorrow but I’m British so it doesn’t really count. But even if McCain wins, he’ll be a better President than George W. Bush. That’s not hard I know, but it will at least be some comfort.
