On-the-street reporters often put themselves in more danger than we give them credit for. Since they are reporting live, virtually anything shocking can happen; and when it does, you can expect it to go viral.

Here’s 3 good minutes of occasionally funny, but mostly ugly, live news reporting accidents.

Some of these are well-known viral classics, but most of them I haven’t seen before. No doubt because they weren’t re-aired for a later embarrassing broadcast. The funniest one has to be the scene with the man telling off the barking dog. I bet the camera man was cracking up.

At the end, however, we are reminded that even camera men are human and you can clearly tell he/she is slipping on the snow.
