At first glimpse, Ross Capicchioni looks like your average happy American kid. However, what happened to him in Downtown Detroit when he was 17 certainly isn’t a light-hearted tale.

The ability to easily score guns in America and put them into the hands of desperate irresponsible people is a major problem. A story like this is rare in places like the UK, but where I live (Atlanta), it seems like everyone knows someone who owns an illegal firearm.
