Now you can make your own fun, green glow stick, right out of the comforts of your own home. I knew Mountain Dew had a lot of sugar, caffeine and other weird stuff, but who knew that with a little bit of baking soda and hydrogen peroxide, you can make your own glow stick.

Science is a nifty thing, when you know how to do it! I remember the vet telling me I could make my own solution at home to cleanse my dog of the smell after he got skunked; but there was a possibility I could make it explode, so I skipped it.

Don’t need to be messing around with science experiments when you are as clueless as me. I’m not sure if this works, and being the non-scientist that I am, I likely won’t put it to the field test. But let me know if you do!
