In October, OJ Simpson was found guilty on all charges pertaining to the robbery at gunpoint of two sports-memorabilia dealers in Las Vegas last year. Today, Judge Jackie Glass sentenced him to 15 years in prison.

This YouTube video doesn’t show the judge reading out the sentences, but rather OJ Simpson having his say on the whole sorry affair before the sentence is passed. It basically amounts to a “Sorry for everything” plea before he gets lead away to jail.

This case may be completely different to the one which saw Simpson controversially acquitted 13 years ago, but many feel the guilty verdict this time is justice finally being carried out.

OJ Simpson will be eligible for parole in six years time, but personally, for the suffering and hurt he has caused, I’d suggest he be kept locked up for longer than that.
