Paul Simon and Edie Brickell had a domestic dispute which led to them being arrested and appearing in court.
Brickell apparently started an argument, which then turned a little nasty, leading her mother to ring the police to prevent things getting out of hand
This video doesn’t provide much in the way of detail, with a copper merely telling the press why the police got involved in a domestic dispute.
However, the couple both talked to reporters after leaving court, where they were let off as long as they agreed to behave themselves.
Paul Simon is 72 and Edie Brickell is 47. The couple are due in court again on May 16.
