I must admit, I almost didn’t see this video. Watching five synchronized metronomes just didn’t sound very thrilling. But when I noticed it’s currently the number one clip on Videosift, my curiosity got the better of me.
To appreciate it you do need a little patience. But the payoff is worth it.
I spent the first part of the clip wondering how on earth this guy would synchronize five metronomes, and why he had five metronomes in the first place.
Then when I saw it all unfold, I was left wondering why this works. If there are any science geeks who can shed some light on this I’d love to know!
