Is it wrong to laugh at this video? It is, isn’t it. Ah crap, that’s me going to Hell then.
I feel so, so sorry for this person on the ground. I don’t know anything about them, or what they’ve done to end up lying prostrate on the ground. Except it’s clearly not anything pleasurable.
However, this is one of those videos you can’t help laughing at. It’s such a ludicrous situation to see a police car arrive only to run over the victim’s feet – not once, but twice – that a snigger escapes from your mouth.
I really hope the person was OK in the end, and I hope the police office driving the car was hauled over the coals for his incompetence. However, I’m so glad someone filmed it and uploaded it to YouTube, as it’s a gem of a video.
