Tupac Shakur, or 2pac to his fans, is regarded as one of the greatest rappers of all time. I don’t actually agree with that but that’s just personal opinion. However, his legend lives on and likely will for a long time to come.

And this video proves that in no uncertain terms. It shows Tupac’s hit, Changes, being sung by random people in Kazakhstan, including men, women, children, the police, and everyone else you can think of.

It’s a bit of a rubbish song but it’s vastly improved by having it sung by randomers rather than Tupac himself. It looks like the guy who uploaded this recorded it while on a road trip across the huge country.

Maybe this video will set a precedence. Who fancies one of Notorious B.I.G.’s hits being sung by Indians? Or how about a Run DMC song being performed by Belgians?
