Oh God, make it stop already. Not content with playing a residency on The Late Show with David Letterman all week, U2 have now played a live set at Fordham University in the Bronx, New York City.
U2 played a short gig at Fordham for Good Morning America. Don’t be fooled into thinking this was some how an impromptu decision – it had been planned for months.
The group played six songs in all, although there was a break midway for an interview. The set list was Get On Your Boots, Magnificent, I’ll Go Crazy If I Don’t Go Crazy Tonight, Beautiful Day, Breathe, and Vertigo.
U2 aren’t a bad band by any means, although I’m not a fan of the new album, No Line On The Horizon. But man, they’re milking the publicity surrounding this new release far too much. Enough already, get off my telly!
