These days, sometimes a good, restful night’s sleep is the best thing you can do for your body and mind.
When I am having a hard time getting a full night’s rest or having a hard time getting that feeling of being fully rested when I wake up, I know it’s time to increase the exercise.
Nothing works better for me with getting proper sleep time than exercise.
Mind you, I wouldn’t mind trying out a peanut butter and turkey (together? huh…) sandwich instead.
Lack of proper sleep can really mess with your energy levels and your moods, so I think this is definitely worthy of being picked out of the masses of videos out there to go up on this website.
