Shake up your dinner doldrums by making some surprisingly easy shrimp (prawn) scampi. Your mouth and your dinner guest(s) will be very impressed.

Just a note… In Australia, they are called prawns. Prawns. Little delicious. So I will call them prawns.

That being said, I love, love, love prawns and indulge each and every time I can get my hands on them. Nothing beats garlic prawns, so I knew I would like this recipe when I saw it involved garlic and prawns.

Some people are intimidated by cooking seafood. Prawns are a great place to start because they have that changing colour thing to let you know when they’re ready to go.
