All of the recent Old Spice commercials have been a little on the weird side. But this new one, featuring actor and former American football star Terry Crews, may just be the weirdest yet.
Titled Nightmare Face, it puts Crews in a truly nightmarish scenario in which he seems to be the only person alive in the world.
The Crews from the present first encounters his future, bearded self. He then wakes up in bed thinking it was all a nightmare, only to discover he’s married himself.
At this horrible realization, Crews shaves himself out of existence, and a theme tune plays out as if this was part of a sitcom.
The word strange doesn’t do this justice. But then it’s got us all thinking about Old Spice. Success!
