2008 is winding up and we’re all looking forward to the hope and promise of 2009. In this time of transition I thought it was appropriate to look back at the year that was with this gorgeous timelapse video!
In it we see the splendor of nature unfolding, from the icy chill of winter to the colorful spectacle of fall. It’s all blended seamlessly, with superb editing guiding us through the passage of time.
You might expect that a video that never moves from one spot could be boring, but nothing could be further from the truth. None of us could spend very long staring at trees ordinarily, but sped up like that it’s breathtaking.
