The Craigslist Killer premiered on the Lifetime network last night (Jan. 4), and this video shows Billy Baldwin talking about his role in the TV movie as the detective working on the case.
For those who don’t know the story of the Craigslist Killer, this is the tale of Boston University medical student Philip Markoff who met Julissa Brisman on Craigslist before allegedly murdering her.
The film is told from the point of view of Markoff’s fiancé Megan McAllister as the gaps in the gory tale are filled in. Markoff never stood trial for the crime because he committed suicide in jail before he could be.
This interview with Bill Baldwin tells me two things: he comes across as a bit of an idiot, and The Craigslist Killer looks a bit crap. Or am I being harsh?
