Another day, another comic book movie. This time, it’s Morbius. Morbius isn’t one of the big comic book stars, but, nonetheless, he now has his own comic book movie.
This video shows the first trailer for Morbius. Who, for the uninitiated, is the vampiric alter-ego or Michael Morbius.
Michael Morbius is dying of a blood disease, and seeks a cure from vampire bats. It works, and then some, turning him into a superhero/antihero.
This looks very similar to Venom, showing the origin story of a lesser-known character from the Spider-Man universe.
Morbius is due to start showing in theaters on July 31, 2020.
