With Twin Peaks: The Return now showing on a television set near you, I’ve started watching the original Twin Peaks in order to catch up with everything that has happened so far.
I’m not yet regretting the decision, but Twin Peaks is a hard show to watch, especially at the beginning. As Homer Simpson finds out.
This video shows Homer reacting to Twin Peaks as only Homer could. He nails it too, describing the show as “brilliant” despite having “absolutely no idea what’s going on”.
I’m certainly going to persevere with Twin Peaks, but I must admit it’s the kind of show I have to Google occasionally, just to make sure I’m following the plot.
