Freddie Mercury is one of the greatest frontmen in music history. He sang, he played the piano, he strutted around the stage, and had audiences in the palm of his hand.
Surely, given how dramatic Mercury was on stage, no puppeteer would try to mimic Freddie’s style with a marionette. Right? Wrong.
This video shows just that, as a puppeteer manipulates his Freddie Mercury marionette to Another One Bites the Dust.
It might not be the most accomplished performance, but for someone performing puppetry on the street it’s pretty damn good. I just hope he got lots of tips.
