James Holzhauer was on course to break the record for the most money ever won on Jeopardy! Unfortunately, he blew it at the last minute.
Holzhauer had quite the run on Jeopardy!, winning two months of episodes and seeing off a host of challengers. However, his run came to an end this week.
This video shows the moment Holzhauer blew it. He answered the question correctly, but lost out to Emma Boettcher due to a much lower wager.
Holzhauer may not have broken Ken Jennings’ record, but he’s still walking away with more than $2 million, so we shouldn’t feel too sorry for him.
