If you’ve either never heard of Muse or have heard of them and don’t appreciate their music then there’s clearly something wrong with you. They are the biggest and best rock band not just in the UK but worldwide.
Matt Bellamy, the singer and guitarist (and pianist and songwriter), has to be one of the most talented people on Earth. And after seeing this video I’m also convinced he has magic fingers.
This is Bellamy playing the solo guitar part from Newborn, and it’s frickin’ awesome to see him work. While it doesn’t sound exactly like the record, it’s even better in some ways, and it shows how brilliant Muse are live.
Muse have just released their new album, The Resistance, and it is truly spectacular. If this clip doesn’t make you rush out and buy it then you need to buy some new taste because yours suck.
