The newish CEO of Microsoft Satya Nadella showed he was willing to let his hair down — figuratively, seeing as he doesn’t actually have any real hair — by taking the Ice Bucket Challenge.

The ALS Ice Bucket Challenge is a campaign trying to raise awareness of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. Famous people are being challenged to either take part or donate money to charity.
Nadella nominated Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos and Google co-founder Larry Page. Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg has also taken part, and nominated Bill Gates, amongst others.
