Here we have Nicki Manaj’s new video for “Super Bass” in which she turns into a typical pop artist. I’ve never been much of a fan of her older songs, still, she never tried to sing and dress like Lady Gaga in them.
A lot of people complain that hip-hop videos objectify women- well here’s one that does it for BOTH men and women. Congratulations Nicki for perpetuating stereotypes!
This video has been hyped up as “the one where Nicki chair dances in;” a well known stage act she does when performing. I can’t say that the chair dancing wasn’t good, but I can point out that this chick needs to lay off the make-up and plastic surgery.
