I can’t work out if this is cruel, or actually good for the dog, you know, to teach it aggression against combatants. What is definitely is, is funny as hell.
This video shows a battle between a Roboquad robot, and a puppy dog. The battle gets quite intense as the two of them fight over territory inside the house.
The robot has been put in autonomous mode, with his aggression level on high. He gives the dog a good run for its money, at one point scaring it enough to retreat.
What makes the video even better is having it turned in to a kind of video game beat em up, with score tally and Super Mario theme tune.
I’m glad the dog won in the end though, a much deserved victory.
