Sony has posted the first trailer for the PlayStation 5 on YouTube. And it’s a doozy with the tagline, “Play Has No Limits”.

The ad talks up the immersion Sony hopes gamers will feel when playing games on the PS5. Which is thanks to haptic feedback, adaptive triggers, and 3D audio.

As well as publishing the first PlayStation 5 ad, Sony has also invited gamers to apply to be invited to pre-order the system. Only existing PSN users can apply.

This despite Sony not having yet revealed how much the PlayStation 5 will cost to buy. Leaving potential buyers pre-ordering without knowing what damage that will do to their bank balance.
