If you’re in need of a Brit with a penchant for creating weird and wacky inventions, and the engineering ability to turn bad ideas into good things, look no further than Colin Furze.
His latest creation is a bicycle with working wheels made out of ice. Madness? Yes. Cool? Most definitely yes.
The bike not only looks cool (pun intended) but it also ride pretty well. Considering its wheels are made out of ice. Until it hits a steep incline, at which point it’s both literally and figuratively downhill all the way.
My one complaint about this video is the whole expedition to a glacier. This probably added massively to the budget but didn’t add anything to the video. In fact, it lessens the everyman appeal Furze has/had.
